Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The CRM is being used throughout the whole organization from sales to client outreach. My department utilizes the HubSpot CRM to contact potential clients and as source of leads that we classify into different categories depending on their lead status. We find it very useful as it keeps a master list of all the people we should be reaching out to and let us see any correspondence, notes or tasks assigned to every contact.

The CRM is well suited for client management and client outreach, makes it very easy for the team to keep track of communications and tasks. However, it is not a time/task management tool.
