HubSpot is an amazing CRM used by us for sales and marketing and just keeps everything operations-wise together.
Pros
- Automations are awesome and seamless.
- It is fast - even the integration with calling tools are flawless.
- It is fast and intuitive.
Cons
- Could improve more in terms of fewer occasional glitches within the CRM especially when server is down.
- Maybe a mobile app so we can check on it when traveling or not in front of a PC.
- It has increased our company sales team's growth because much of our deals are now highly dependent on our CRM which is HubSpot.
Sales and Marketing teams are working better now with all the tools and integrations HubSpot has come up with.
- Close and Pipedrive
HubSpot is way ahead in terms of efficiency and especially how fast and easy it is to use.
