Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are currently using HubSpot to manage almost all of our information for our company. This includes storing contacts/companies, deal information, marketing outreach, customer support tickets, data tracking, deal tracking, and more. All part of our team, including the executive and C-level employees, use HubSpot on a daily basis.
  • Manages contact information.
  • Tracks deals along the pipeline.
  • Consolidates info from multiple departments.
  • Setting up reporting can be a little difficult.
  • Doesn't integrate with some other tools we have as well as we would like (but not a huge issue).
  • It's our only way of tracking ROI.
I have to be honest here and admit that HubSpot is the only CRM that I have ever used personally. I have heard from some of my colleagues that they prefer one of HubSpot's primary competitors, but as someone who has only used HubSpot I feel confident in saying that it is fairly easy-to-use and straightforward software.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

It feels like a CRM that was initially designed for marketing and has been updated to incorporate sales functionality as well. It definitely serves as a one-stop-shop CRM, which makes life easy for people across multiple teams, but it would be great if we could have more discretion over editing some of HubSpot's already defined fields (like adding in new lifecycle stages).
