Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are currently using HubSpot to manage almost all of our information for our company. This includes storing contacts/companies, deal information, marketing outreach, customer support tickets, data tracking, deal tracking, and more. All part of our team, including the executive and C-level employees, use HubSpot on a daily basis.
Pros
- Manages contact information.
- Tracks deals along the pipeline.
- Consolidates info from multiple departments.
Cons
- Setting up reporting can be a little difficult.
- Doesn't integrate with some other tools we have as well as we would like (but not a huge issue).
- It's our only way of tracking ROI.
More than anything else it allows Sales and Marketing to be on the same page because I can check up on a contact or company to see if marketing has reached out to them, what their message is, and how much the contact is engaging with marketing's efforts. It also allows for marketing to "hand off" qualified leads easily.
