Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used throughout our whole organization. I primarily use it as a Sales/Marketing tool making it much easier to stay in contact with my clients on a regular basis and manage the content that I send to them.
  • Templates allow me to increase the content that I send out.
  • Tasks allow me to stay in contact with my clients every 2 weeks.
  • Sales orders are a bit clunky
  • ROI has increased
  • Response time with clients has increased.
  • Leads have increased.
Easy to use, fast, and simple. No faffing around.
