Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used throughout our whole organization. I primarily use it as a Sales/Marketing tool making it much easier to stay in contact with my clients on a regular basis and manage the content that I send to them.

Pros

  • Templates allow me to increase the content that I send out.
  • Tasks allow me to stay in contact with my clients every 2 weeks.

Cons

  • Sales orders are a bit clunky
  • ROI has increased
  • Response time with clients has increased.
  • Leads have increased.
Easy to use, fast, and simple. No faffing around.
Templates allow the Marketing team to create content for the Sales team, making it much easier to get our message across to clients regularly.
