Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

By inputting information into the database to make sure we can keep track of what’s going on and what’s needed to be followed up on. Includes calls , emails , texts , and information display. Daily follow ups allow the team to keep up on tasks and account status. [Provides important information] and improvement.

Lots of room for improvement with the app I think. Does have lots of great perks on the desktop but I think the app would make my life a lot easier. Over all great product and makes efficiency a lot [better] within the company. Also keeps employees accountable for what they are doing.

Good to keep track of information and follow up with customers. Kind of hard to use the phone app. Would utilize the phone app more as this has lots of potential to help customers who are on the go. But the online desktop is good as well. Better app needed for sure.
