Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is used by the whole organization, in various countries. It helps us communicate with our customers and inside our company. It's basically the easiest way to use both e-mails and phone calls as tools to communicate. It's also very valuable in creating tasks for our technical department. We also use notes to share information with each other.

I've actually never used any other software and truly, I don't even have the desire or necessity to try any other soft.
It made all of our communication way faster and less chaotic. In Hubspot CRM everything is in its right place, you don't have to look too long to find some useful information either for the marketing or sales team. It helps us concentrate on our business and our customers because we don't have to worry about our tasks or communication.
I haven't used any other products.

HubSpot CRM is very well suited in a dynamic company, with lots of employees. It helps communicate in the fastest way possible and makes work a lot easier, by organizing everything. In a situation, when you have to talk to a customer a lot (when there's a complicated problem to solve) it's truly the most efficient and comfortable way to do it, because you have all of the information in a one place.
