Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is used by the whole organization, in various countries. It helps us communicate with our customers and inside our company. It's basically the easiest way to use both e-mails and phone calls as tools to communicate. It's also very valuable in creating tasks for our technical department. We also use notes to share information with each other.
Pros
- connecting both e-mails and phone calls on a profile
- letting users leave notes next to the phone logs
- giving the possibility to creating tasks for other users
Cons
- sometimes there are problems with synchronization between HubSpot and Gmail
- huge revenue growth
- growth of happiness among employees
- shorter deal cycles
It made all of our communication way faster and less chaotic. In Hubspot CRM everything is in its right place, you don't have to look too long to find some useful information either for the marketing or sales team. It helps us concentrate on our business and our customers because we don't have to worry about our tasks or communication.
I haven't used any other products.
