Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our Sales Team uses it to keep our contacts lists organized and to recording historic outreach with prospective buyers. We create email templates and sequences that we use for our outreach. We also use the inbox to answer all questions and field comments from our users. We use it to create lists to send out daily emails.

We both use lists to reach out to audiences. Marketing feeds into more events watched, which gives us more contacts to reach out to.

Hubspot is great for our Sales Team to keep us organized and up to date without outreach strategies. We find we do not utilize it with our AE's as we have the option to just use Gmail instead of messaging through Hubspot. The CRM works best for mass outreach and sequences and It's less effective for phone calls and one-off emails.
