Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My company uses HubSpot CRM to manage all of its client and prospect databases. It is used across all departments, whether it be our customer success team, sales, and even engineering! It helps us keep track of client communications, coordinate outreach, and organize our contact database accordingly.
  • Filters on the contacts/company lists are an incredible way to narrow down on a very specific target list for outreach.
  • The ability to track activity such as calls and emails across the Sales team helps track the progress we've made towards certain activity goals, as well as see where we should be at in comparison to the rest of the team. It's also a great way to highlight the go-getters!
  • I wish the interface didn't change as frequently as it does. I admire the constant goal of improvement, but I dislike how I have to learn something new just when I had gotten used to the last improvements.
  • There are some issues regarding HubSpot email tracking where some incoming emails are not logged.
  • I believe HubSpot CRM has led to shorter sales cycles since the tasking and helpful organization tools help the sales team stay on top of their workload and navigate their priorities so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • I am able to keep myself accountable on all my call and email goals set per week, and comparing my numbers to others encourages me to work even harder.
I've never used any other CRM as this is my first career-centered job but having HubSpot act as my first has been great since I've had smooth progress in learning the tool. It's all very intuitive and the HubSpot Academy is also very helpful if I ever have a question or want to develop my skills further.
I haven't used any other products similar to HubSpot CRM in my career thus far.

HubSpot CRM is great for organizing contacts at both a mass and a very niche level. The amount of properties both static and customizable are perfect in creating customer profiles, making outreach target audiences for campaigns, and looking for expansion opportunities. It's also a good way to send mass outreach however, I do wish there was not a 500 email sending limit for sequences, but that may be due to my company's subscription.
