Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
My company uses HubSpot CRM to manage all of its client and prospect databases. It is used across all departments, whether it be our customer success team, sales, and even engineering! It helps us keep track of client communications, coordinate outreach, and organize our contact database accordingly.
- Filters on the contacts/company lists are an incredible way to narrow down on a very specific target list for outreach.
- The ability to track activity such as calls and emails across the Sales team helps track the progress we've made towards certain activity goals, as well as see where we should be at in comparison to the rest of the team. It's also a great way to highlight the go-getters!
- I wish the interface didn't change as frequently as it does. I admire the constant goal of improvement, but I dislike how I have to learn something new just when I had gotten used to the last improvements.
- There are some issues regarding HubSpot email tracking where some incoming emails are not logged.
- I believe HubSpot CRM has led to shorter sales cycles since the tasking and helpful organization tools help the sales team stay on top of their workload and navigate their priorities so nothing slips through the cracks.
- I am able to keep myself accountable on all my call and email goals set per week, and comparing my numbers to others encourages me to work even harder.
Since I work at a startup, I wear a lot of hats and my duties seem to be a heavy mix of marketing and sales efforts. The various deal stages and lifecycle stages as well as the overall customization of properties allow my departments to separate certain contacts from the rest in order to avoid doubling up outreach efforts. This also adds to our company's professionalism in the big picture.
I haven't used any other products similar to HubSpot CRM in my career thus far.
