Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to follow up on leads and close deals.
  • Integration with Slack.
  • Task queues and overviews.
  • Dashboards view is nice to eyes.
  • Template email appears beautiful in HubSpot but not in the client's mailbox.
  • When creating a task it always jumps to three days later when I need it now.
  • Shorter deal cycle.
  • Follow up on leads.
You do need a moment to train how to use it, but once it's in, it's very easy and logical.
Unfortunately, at my level, I don't have acccess to the marketing emails content. I can only see the title, so for sure there is some repetition between what I say to the client and what the Marketing has already sent.
It feels easier to use. More friendly with less things to fill in and remember.

Slack, Google Slides, Microsoft To Do (formerly Wunderlist)
It is well suited for following up on the sales funnel and execution of sales (sequencing emails and calls for example). It is less suited for the follow-up of tickets or to handle a chat.
