Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to keep track of all the sales leads, make marketing and sales automation, workflows, and all the sales department analysis to help the team perform better. HubSpot helped us make better email marketing, start using ABM, and automate a lot of the process that was previously done by hand.

HubSpot has a lot of customization that one can do. You can get basically any report you want, any kind of automation you want. Perhaps it's not easy to figure out how to do all of it, but after you figure it out, it's fun to do it.
Actually, for us, all products were treated like one. We had to get familiar with HubSpot, and then this allowed us to walk through the different hubs and know what was going on. It was great because it allowed the team to work closely.

I would recommend HubsPot CRM if the company has at least 5 people in the sales team, and considering that at least one of them is capable and/or willing to dig deep into the tool (as a sales ops analyst or something), and learn a lot from it. Because it's not easy to set it up. Otherwise, the tool will not reach its full potential.
