Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
For deal management and outbound prospecting. All our customer and potential customer data are stored here and managed from here.
- Makes sure all data points are linked.
- Auto fills many fields.
- The notes section is too basic. You can't really create a template for all deals to enter useful info such as their needs, requirements, timeline, etc. It is just a simple text bloc. It would be nice to have a template across all deals to fill in sales info like why they came to us, why they need our tool, the context of their situation, etc.
- Saves time doing this in Excel
We don't really have a marketing team but would be nice to see it be used for that.
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
I did before. HB is lighter and modern. Everyone can use it and doesn't really require a sales ops person.
