Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot on a day-to-day basis to keep track of my tasks and who I need to call. It simplifies and streamlines the process by automatically making sure any leads/contacts in sequences are dialed and not forgotten about. As well as this it helps me make dials faster by not having to dial each contact into my phone individually.

It's very easy to use and straightforward. Some of the integrations I can't get to work in outlook but that's due to internal tools not allowing them. Aside from that, you couldn't ask really for much more. I'm very happy with what it's helped me to achieve so far.

Sales execs doing cold prospecting makes it much easier to spread the web and reach out to multiple contacts within a company. Also keeping track of who you have reached out to and what step they are on is simplified and streamlined. I highly recommend this platform for any sales executive.
