Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We've integrated HubSpot with our primary technology offering to identify ideal customers based on a set of defined criteria. Storing large numbers of companies in HubSpot has allowed this integration to identify hundreds of ideal customers week over week. The ability to integrate has reduced our Sales Development resources substantially and has created a more efficient team.

- HubSpot's Support team is top-notch and always available over chat to solve real-time problems
- The Deal functionality could use more fields that are reportable
- Being able to track Deals by Age, such as how many days each Deal has been active, would aid in reporting
- If you update the notes on a Meeting associated with a Deal, it messages all attendees of that meeting, including prospects. This feature could lead to inexperienced reps accidentally sending prospects notes when they just want to log meeting notes at the Deal level. Not sure why this functionality exists
- We've been able to expand sales development
- We have not been able to report on Deal age and easily display it, and the same goes for reporting the number of days a Deal sits in each stage
