Hubspot best overall CRM tool out there and gets better every day.
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it as a full CRM suite. We are a global company and use Hubspot as our single source of truth for all things for sales, service, and support. We also use it for calling customers directly from the tool. Email campaigns are sent via Hubspot. We use both templates and sequences for customer communication and prospecting.
Pros
- I love how you can schedule send emails.
- You can call directly from a contact page with one click and record the call.
- Reports can be generated on almost any data element to help keep track of any item.
Cons
- Need to have more countries included in the free option.
- Spacing between different on the page (vertically).
- Have more sample email templates and sales tools with ideas.
- Very cost effective vs Salesforce.
- Easy to add new members and port over old info to a new member.
- Most reps find it easy to use.
- Get help and support both online and live.
These teams are separate and have different functions and separate meetings, but the tool allows both to work independently and together at the same time to reach the same company-wide goals while achieving their own inter-department goals if that makes sense. You can see the activism and impact of not only each person but how each team is interacting with a prospect or company in the tool.
As noted before, Salesforce is a great tool if you can afford it and have someone who is training on Salesforce on how to use and keep it updated. It is a full-time job to have someone just keep Salesforce working and up to date. Hubspot, you don't need that same level of human capital to run it. It is a more decentralized operation and only needs an administrator for some basic admin. functions.
