Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has been awesome it's made me and my team way more productive and we use it every day to call prospects in the warehousing industry. It really makes calling prospects way faster and more efficient which is awesome and is the reason we use it so we can track everything

The UI on the software is very easy to use and awesome which is another great benefit of it. Anyone can pick it up and start using it as a CRM since there are many out there that are complicated to use
The've done it pretty well, sometimes there is bugs that make it not as aligned but overall it's been pretty good and it feels that our sales and marketing are on the same page most of the time
I've used a couple other CRMs and the biggest thing with hubspot is just how easy to use compared to other CRMs. Also the customizability with it is another value prop to it

It's awesome for a team of salespeople that are calling prospects and may be less desirable when you want to customize the link on the zoom calendar when they book a time on your calendar because it seems that you can't customize that
