Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
WE use HubSpot to house all interactions with customers, emails, calls, texts, marketing. It allows to house all communication in one easy yo access location. I use the product on a daily bases while collaborating with different areas of our company and even across the US. It allows me to see all previous conversations with ease so I know what the customer has asked about, who they have spoken to, and what are their general needs.
- Housing of all customer information with easy searches to access said information
- Allows users from all markets to access previous communication with customer
- Allows Automated messaging (pipelines) of customers that fall into very specific groups that the company is able to define through specific traits we set for the customer
- Tutorials on creating pipelines. Would make training new users easier.
- If adding one tag on a ticket, either allows or disallows other options.
- HubSpot has had only positive impacts for us. I do not have access to the specifics
