Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM keeps track of candidates in one big address book, makes it easy for us to set tasks to remind ourselves to do things, and makes it easy to send out sequence emails. We use it everyday!
  • Task reminders
  • Intuitive layout
  • Sequences
  • when adding a new contact, sometimes it loses all the information you've input if you click somewhere else accidentally
  • When writing a sequence/ email, the tools are not always at the bottom of the screen, but the bottom of the email, so you have to scroll and sometimes can't see what you're putting in bold, italics, etc. because it's too high up on the email
  • Can only think of two!
  • increased traffic to job roles
  • decreased wasted time from employees having to write the same thing over again
  • enables us to grow out network quicky and keep track!
