Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
For my work, I use Hubspot to access all the leads my company has provided me. It allows me to take notes on each contact and track my calls, text, and emails all through one software. I think that is cool because it is integrated with call rail as well as my email account to make sure all communication is stored in one central location. The software is easy to use and play around with. I like that when we have a qualified lead, we can create a deal and it has different stages where we stay organized tracking the sale cycle of the lead. We also can easily disposition the leads as disqualified. I also like that there is a filter option where I can look for specific leads. For example, if I was assigned to contact 1,000s leads but wanted to check to make sure all were contacted, I can utilize filter features to see who could have potentially missed being contacted instead of having to go lead by lead to check.
