Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM keeps our high volume of prospective candidates organized and flowing through our multistep sales cycle. We are very selective in sourcing the ideal candidates to work with; HubSpot's ability to create and track qualification measurements are extremely helpful. On a daily basis, I'm using HubSpot to stay top of mind with the candidates we want in our program and using the automated features to plan out my work ahead of time. I've used many other CRMs over my 20 years in business and feel that HubSpot has the power I'm demanding, but in a much easier interface where I'm only pulling in the extra bells/whistles that I really want and need. Good job on this stellar product!
  • Reporting dashboard is great, easy to assemble
  • Call logs, Notes and areas for others to add feedback
  • Support is accessible and friendly, quick response time
  • Email marketing ideas, support and best practices are baked right into the product
  • Sequencing and Automation works great, has not broken once yet
  • Templates, Snippets are super useful and save a lot of time
  • Activity tracking is great, I can see my user's interest areas
  • Reporting is easy to use, however, sometimes difficult to find where any inaccuracies are taking place (I can't get my reports to reflect all scenarios needed at times and may wind up questioning the numbers)
  • Sequencing - I'd like to be able to copy others on my scheduled, sequenced emails outbound, plus also forward a prior email as part of that sequence
  • I'd like more help on utilizing the full power available. Most Knowledge Base articles are written for "How To", but instead should be ... "WHY"... focus on Benefits, not features.
  • Not thrilled with the "Deals" function, hard to setup, unclear on the WHY besides "better" reporting
  • Pair down or package more clearly. I don't want to feel I'm losing out on features found in other "packages" ... confusing to have Sales Pro/Marketing Pro, etc..etc...
  • HubSpot increased our startup ability to successfully launch our business
  • We've handled over 5,000 customer inquires since inception, approx 10 mos ago
  • I've personally made over 100 sales thanks to my CRM helping me and not hindering me
I don't have time nor interest in features that don't apply to my immediate needs, so I tend to stay away from over complicated systems. I liked how easy HubSpot is to setup for additional users as well, as our sales team grows. On the flip side, it's annoying when I'm in a CRM that doesn't have much power, no customization or reporting, so the basic CRMs are useless to me in my high volume sales work.
I was not in the RFP nor decision process, sorry cannot comment much here. I've used early CRMs like Act, GoldMine, MS Access, but mostly proprietary CRMs since then. I used Salesforce in the early 2000's and found it complicated back then, so I can only imagine the evolution since. HubSpot feels like a very accessible product for the everyday business owner.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

I can see HubSpot being applicable to many industries and job functions. I particularly like the customization you can have for Customer traits, qualities and where they are in the sales cycle. If I were starting a new co, I would build the entire business sales lifecycle on HubSpot, from Marketing emails to logging revenue after the sale; it would be a great end-to-end solution. Impressive software that has a friendly UI. (some other CRMs are just too complicated and unfriendly (small typeface, not customizable, 'features' you don't want, etc...)
