Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to track all my outreach for prospects I'm reaching out to. I use it for outreach purposes.
  • Easy to establish daily tasks.
  • Easy to create sequences.
  • Easy to put together a quote.
  • Does not connect to LinkedIn well.
  • Takes a while to make a bunch of calls back to back.
  • Don't like how it organizes tasks attached to an opportunity.
  • It has not influenced meeting goals.
  • It helps to have orum synced up with HS.
Not the best, not the worst.

I've used outreach in the past which I really liked but it's been a while so I can't remember details. I like Outreach better.

If you're looking for a basic CRM to help keep track of things, HS will work fine. If you need to make a lot of cold calls, it's not the best.
