Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot helps us keep track of our prospects and customers. It keeps a log of their information, as well as all the touches that have been done on each prospect or customer. We are able to create deals with collaborators, which is helpful to our department. We are also able to filter by sales person and territory to keep better organization.

I like salesforce better. It was much more user friendly and actually helpful, rather than just a fancy dressed up rolodex. Didn't actually realize how much I dislike Hubspot until I started writing this review, and then I realized that it doesn't really do anything at all and I miss when I used salesforce and could actually find decent leads and real information.
Salesforce is way better and I miss using it. I don't know why my company picked Hubspot, but I guess its because they can run all the reports on it and add deal colalborators. I don't think hubpost is a really great tool though, and I miss using sales force because I could actually use that CRM platform to find good leads and keep on track of customers and prospects. In hubspot they just get lost forever, and our sales go down.

Hubspot is well suited for simple usage, but in my opinion not really a great tool once things start getting complicated. Once you are working with multiple contacts for a company, the activity tab is disorganized and scattered. I think it is not very user friendly. Trying to search for anything in Hubspot is an exercise in futility and frustration. It would be great to be able to find great propsects already logged in the system by keywords, but that feature seems very unreliable.
