Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for lead routing through round robin feature and for email marketing via the sequences feature. We use it to track the way we nurture our leads and for our client lifecycle as well. Furthermore, it serves as our historical record and log for customer interactions which are used in quality assurance at the firm. Additionally we also use it to track the productivity and performance of the sales team through the activity logs which are available in HubSpot. It helps us ensure our efficiency and tracks if we are spending our marketing budget in all the right places. Furthermore the email tracking and logging systems also help us to reach out to customers during times when they are most engaged.

It is very straightforward, interface is very pleasing to look at and all the buttons and integrations are very easy to use. Furthermore, prompt customer services makes it much easier to navigate.

It is very well suited for organizations which are involved in providing services such as legal consultancies etc where the customer lifecycle and lead nurturing is very important. It is also highly effective when trying to narrow down customers based on filters and other criteria. Additionally it is well suited for companies with big sales teams that need lead routing softwares
