Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is essential in helping me be the most productive as possible. Being able to track my leads, opportunities, and deals has sharpened my focus and allowed me to focus only on what's most important for bringing in more clients and revenue. It helps me keep track of regular calls and emails I need to send once a client decides to use our marketing services.

  • Many of the template emails get sent straight to spam
  • Provide 100% accurate reports/lists when sending emails - active clients were included with inactive clients on an email campaign.
  • When emails are sent through outlook but tracked with the HubSpot email address, it would be nice to see if those were opened.
  • Allowed us to focus solely on the people that are the best prospects.
  • Allowed us to track sales goals and implement a system that has driven growth
  • Given us the ability to save time on manual processes and ensures our time is spent on revenue generating activities.
It's fairly intuitive and allows you to create so many custom dashboards without having to be a pro. It's been extremely helpful to our team in making it easy to send promo emails en masse. Other CRMs I've used in the past were more clunky and required a lot of learning to understand it.
Asana's primary focus is on project management so it was more attuned to help with our task tracking and team collaboration. Since Salesforce caters to more complex enterprise needs and extensive customization and integration capabilities, and was just more than what we needed. HubSpot has been more balanced by offering intuitive sales and marketing alignment without overwhelming complexity.

For tracking and managing a sales funnel, HubSpot is hands down the best service to help people accomplish this. Whether you are in more of an operations or back office role and need visibility into what the sales team is working on, or keeping track of essential info for backend work in building out campaigns, its crucial.
