Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use this platform to track leads and tasks on their leads. We have fresh leads daily and activities to be done on those deals. As the stage changes, specific parameters need to be tracked to filter out high-priority deals. By automating the agreement stage, we ensure that we always have an optimized funnel. The scope of the entire case study is to automate the workflow so that by applying some filters, we can see and prioritize work.
  • Automation of workflow.
  • Task reminder on mail.
  • Integration with google calendar to give visibility of daily meetings.
  • Custom views to save filters.
  • Certain restrictions such as not allowing everyone to change the deal owner.
  • Making some fields mandatory so that no one misses the entry on those .
  • Deal visibility increased by more than 40% as compared to other platforms.
  • Calendar reminder to make sure I don’t miss out on daily meetings schedule.
  • If the task is applied, not every task will give me a reminder, which results in missing some follow-ups on more than 30% of deals.
