Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation

IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation helps us automate the entire order processing lifecycle, from receiving orders to fulfilling them and shipping the products while automating customer service tasks like responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. We are still identifying new opportunities to automate our different processes and exploring all of the possibilities of IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.

  • Reduced errors by automating tasks that are prone to human error and helped us identify areas for improvement.

It is very much well suited for automating manual tasks that are repetitive, and time-consuming like data entry, order processing, invoice processing etc. We also use it to automate the process of onboarding new customers and processing orders along with resolving customer issues. However, it struggles a bit while automating unstructured data tasks like NLP or image recognition. We use specialized machine-learning solutions for these tasks.
