Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

IBM Process Mining has been around my organization 2 years, and the user experience has been very phenomenal. I like how IBM Process Mining addresses inefficiencies, analyzes performance and streamlines business processes using our business systems and desktop interactions data. This top-notch tool enables us to achieve operational excellence with data-driven process insights. It also has been so crucial by helping us make data-driven business decisions and more informed for process improvement through data-driven insights. The IBM community has been so helpful over the past years I have been able to interact with them and gain more knowledge.
  • Eliminate inefficiencies and Maximize cash discounts.
  • We are able to make data-driven and faster business decisions.
  • Understand how our business is performing in all our business processes.
  • Easily implement automation where it makes sense while reducing errors hence improves productivity.
  • The only downside with most IBM tools including IBM Process Mining is the price is a bit on a higher side for the small,medium business.
  • For non-IT it might be difficult to implement this tool fully.
