Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

We have automated many of our processes using this tool, as this is affordable and drives better results than other tools in the market(yeah, we tried many). We used this on our customer support chatbot, and it was able to solve many small queries, which decreased cost and wait time. We have also automated our logs monitoring, and RPA is also taking actions based on it, using AI, which is very helpful and keeps the system up and running.

  • TAT for customer support decreased.
  • Customer agents availability increased.
  • Services Uptime increased.
We were able to integrate them, and it was a great success. Our process efficiency increased a lot after that.
We have saved around 10 min per customer by chatbot, and around 30 min every day by logs monitoring.

When used for workflow management or for tasks which require decisions based on data or AI can be trained, it works well. But it can use on scenarios that needs to consider so many factors as it gets to set it up and also gives unexpected results.
