In our organization, we use Watsonx Assistant to develop a virtual assistant that interacts with our customers through different channels, such as online chat and mobile applications. The virtual assistant is able to answer frequently asked questions, provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with problem resolution. In addition, Watsonx Assistant has been integrated with our internal systems, allowing us to automate repetitive processes and tasks. For example, we have configured the virtual assistant to perform identity verifications, issue balance inquiries and perform basic transactions.
