Pros and Cons

Pros

iContact is a well-designed email marketing software with a great selection of campaign management, design, and analytics tools.
iContact for Salesforce is a great integration tool that allows me to run campaigns within Salesforce with all of the luxuries of iContact.
The iContact support team is extremely responsive, provide support with world class customer service, and have saved me from spending time on technical research.

Cons

The design tools are easy to use and the ability to use both HTML and WYSIWYG is nice, however some of the design elements do not publish correctly from time to time.

Return on Investment

iContact has significantly allowed us to maintain routine touch points with our prospects and customers, which in turn has kept us top of mind and allowed us to be a resource on hot industry topics.
iContact for Salesforce integration has saved us time trying to use our own database within iContact, which could take hours to set up. Having this iContact for Salesforce integration tool allows us to use all of the features for campaigns in Salesforce with all of the luxuries of iContact at a huge time savings.

Likelihood to Renew

Due to the ease of use with iContact, as well as the iContact for Salesforce feature, we will continue to use iContact for all of our email campaign management needs.

iContact is a great tool for all levels of expertise and has an intuitive interface that allows for all users to have confidence in running, designing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns.
