I use IDrive to back up my files for my work as a writer. I wanted the peace of mind of knowing they would be backed up and stored safely.

- Completes Scheduled backups
- Tells you if something has gone wrong
- Tech support was quick to respond with a comprehensive answer when something wasn't working correctly.
- It was quite complicated to work out what I needed to back up. It might have been useful to get some advice on this.
- When I receive advice on what to do when it didn't back up properly - it was a bit complicated for me to understand as a lay person.
