Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We use Indeed Hiring Platform with our clients to help them make hires at scale. This product allows our clients to conduct numerous hiring events quickly and efficiently.

  • Reviewing data and performance after events
  • The platform can sometimes not be the most intuitive
  • Sometimes the technology isn't the most reliable
  • Tracking hires from hiring events isn't always easy
  • Reducing time to hire
  • Lowering cost per hire
  • Improving the candidate experience
Brazen has a lot of bells and whistles that may not be the best suited for organizations that need a simple platform for advertising, hosting, and tracking events all in one. The lack of advertising included with Brazen is a huge drawback for a product that is already expensive.

The Indeed Hiring Platform is great for quickly interviewing and hiring for roles that are either hard to fill (like healthcare) or for roles that require a lot of volume (like retail or sales). Event setups are very quick and seamless. Additionally, the intake forms are easy and intuitive, though they can take some time to fill out.
