We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs with Indeed and this makes our job posts more visible. Also, has made our post seen by the candidates we are currently looking for. Since there is such a high demand for the area we are hiring in we use this service to make our job stand out from others in the same expertise!

- Not getting candidates to show for their scheduled interviews.
- We have had our post open for quite some time and have had multiple candidates apply but are unable to hire due to not showing.
We have 2 job postings and one is not sponsored. The posting we have sponsored is our Medical Assistant position and multiple candidates apply every day. There may be candidates who have no experience in the field that slip through but I just keep reviewing applications!
