Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is used to organize and manage our business development activities for our clients and new prospects. We are beginning to utilize the reporting functions available in Insightly. Our business management team members are the primary users of the system.
- Communication tracking. This feature is very useful when implementing an effective follow-up plan for new prospects.
- The Email template library saves a lot of time when communicating with a large number of prospects.
- The help desk is easy to use and provides meaningful input to address questions we may have.
- Individual record administration is an area where we need to improve. Consistent coding within each record is a must, without it, searches and sorts can be incomplete.

We need to improve our commitment to using Insightly more effectively. Our sales have increased, but with a more committed approach we should see greater sales improvement.
I worked with SalesForce previously. It's a powerful CRM tool, but it requires much more maintenance & discipline to gain the full benefit of the software. I have seen larger companies ($50 M++) have better success using SalesForce.
