I selected Insightly for my largest client to manage their database and projects. The entire team uses Insightly on a daily basis. It addresses the constant need for status of projects and grant proposals being easily accessed by the team.
- Easily tracks status of projects and grants.
- Snapshots profiles of contacts and organizations.
- Centralized place for accessing our data.
- I wish the comments were more social.
- I wish it were easier to see comments placed within tasks or projects.
- It seems like extra steps are needed to make co-workers opt in to project and task updates.
