Currently it is being used for contact management.
- Input is easy especially for a non-tech user
- Sorting and Searching is very user-friendly
- Attachment of files is easy
- Exporting to Google phone directory
- Customer responses in a very timely manner
- Searching on an iPhone is awkward
- Understanding the help FAQ is a pain in the neck
- Overall Help requests drives me to open a ticket
