Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as a CRM, it is user friendly and easy to adjust to the business needs. Full flexibility in the way the user interacts with the system and complete control over the interface. Make for a very easy system to use. Very much worth using if you are on the fence.

Insightly as an operating system is straightforward and easy to use. It give great accounts ability to employees and makes task setting easy. It also allows for straightforward access to pipelines and where you are at against targets set and forecasted. If you are in doubt, don’t be, the system is great.
As mentioned in a previous response the system is great for the safe storage and use of customer information from initial enquiry straight through to full use and application. Complete confidence in the safe storage of data, both confidential and not. Workflow is clear, concise and accountable to each member of staff.
Insightly is making more streamlined and straight forward. It is user friendly, secure and give managers accountability over their staff. As well as this it is easy to keep track of cases and managing from start to finish a case. Over all insightly is very much recommended over its competitors without a doubt.

Very well suited to keep track of everything. It can be used as a staff management system as well as CRM giving accountability to tasks set and deadlines being adhered to. The system will update users via email and this in turn gives that accountability mentioned in the words above.
