Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to track users in our CRM as well as use it to evaluate and see the entirety of our sales pipeline from leads to acquisitions. Insightly is useful for being able to see exactly where you are in your sales cycle as well as track income earned.

Insightly is extremely user friendly and has legitimate people working for them who will help you to understand the platform and the entire CRM process. They helped us to customize our CRM so that we had exactly what we needed set up before launching. I would recommend the staff above all else.
Workflows have simply become part of our organization since beginning the use of Insightly four years ago. We are able to streamline our work and really see the benefits of implementing this system by utilizing a variety of Insightly tools and streamlining our workforce. The tool has improved our relationships with customers and partners because we are able to track details about everyone and make sure we nurture those relationships.

Insightly is useful for simplicity and sales cycles and functions. If you are looking for a great CRM for a small company or for a company that is newer, Insightly is your “go to guy.” But if you have a bunch of customizations or a large company you might want something more suited for larger orgs.
