Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
My team uses Insightly to manage intellectual property licensing and training program management within our association management company. Doctors, researchers, students, and pharmaceutical companies submit permission/licensing request forms which are connected to Insightly. We use Insightly requests to manage each step in the licensing process. We also use Insightly projects to manage clinical trial training services.
- Customizable objects and fields to meet our needs
- Ability to connect our website forms to Insightly request records
- Pipeline stages to track each step in the process
- Linking contacts and organizations
- Assigning tasks to other team members
- The Inquiry feature is missing some functionality, so it is not as useful as the Request feature
- The Actual Close Date does not autofill when a Request record is closed and marked as Lost/Abandoned
- The customizable objects and fields are very useful but the System Settings interface could be more user-friendly
- The ability to deliver improved services / training services
- Increased ROI by increasing follow through on licensing agreements
- Revenue growth by increasing capacity to manage licensing requests
Insightly is a great tool for optimizing workflows and performance. The pipeline feature is very helpful for tracking each step in a workflow. It also allows us to keep better records of activity and contact information. This increases our performance. My team's efficiency is massively improved by Insightly. It also allows for team collaboration and increases accountability.
