Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
To my understanding, we are using Intacct as a central location for all Purchase requests, right now from 2 of our locations, and soon implementing in all 8. The only other thing I know is that based on accounts that are in our Inacct system, it gives a real time view of our accounts/budget.
- The customization of the interface and reporting is top notch. Coming from an in-house written program for POs, Intacct stands far and above anything we ever had.
- It's nice to be able to add as much detail as you can as a reference point to use in the future. We have a lot of annual events in Youth ministry, and I rely heavily on past purchases on a particular event when making a budget.
- The approval process for PRs is simple, elegant, and centralized, making it easy for us to function as a ministry.
- The "Create Reports" page is a little overwhelming, especially for someone who has never used it before. Some quick thought bubbles that guide you through it would be nice.

Intacct blows it away. Mostly because ours was written for a single location, but with fast growth, Inacct is the superior choice for our accounting department.
