Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
We use Intacct for our outsourcing clients. We design an accounting and finance solution for our clients and use Intacct as the main accounting system. It is a very robust system that can be customized for our clients as they need. We use it for many industries and it works well. By outsourcing the accounting/finance functions using Intacct, our clients save money and gain better reporting functions.
- Intacct can report on many demensions. Many of our clients need to report by department, program, location, fund or combination of some or all.
- Intacct is Cloud based. Our clients are able to access their information wherever and whenever they want.
- We design reports and a dashboard for the user to meet their need. The ability to customize it wonderful!
- Some basic financial software capabilities, such as sales commissions calculations, are lacking or are provided only by third parties.
- No native CRM functionality. Intacct's close partnership with Salesforce.com is a plus for existing Salesforce.com customers. However, it is a negative for companies using any other popular CRM system.
- No mobile capabilities.
- For our clients, they see decreased cost of their accounting and finance departments.
- Intacct is less expensive over a few year period of time over other systems.
