Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use Intercom to fulfill our customer support and outreach. Our Support team works directly with our customers via Intercom conversations to ask questions, submit bugs, upgrade, and purchase add-ons. We have also integrated Intercom with our website to collect new lead information and start it with our sales campaigns with other apps.

If there is anything, you don't know, their knowledgebase makes it easier to understand and complete the setup
We have connected Intercom directly with our website, and it collects information from new leads and newly created users on our platform. We also connected Intercom with ClickUp, ProfitWell, and Slack using Zapier to transfer important information for Churn reporting, our cancelation process, for notification of failed payments, etc.

Based on experience with our Company, Intercom is well suited to keep constant communication with your current customers and capture new lead information as there are bots that would automatically capture all the required information. You can also set up email outreach to keep your customers informed of updates, changes, etc.
