Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
We use ION Interactive to develop hundreds of landing pages across our business divisions. We are able to quickly test different page layouts, content, and artwork. It solves the problem of time. We can spin up a new page at a moments notice as long as we have a crafted message and artwork.
- I find the ion platform to be incredibly scalable. With as much as we use the tool, I don't feel we make the system bat an eye.
- I've found ion's customer service to be awesome. When I first started working with ion, all communication was done through email support. I was accustomed to that and felt it was adequate. They introduced the ability to use chat earlier in 2017 and that has been perfect. Someone is always available to answer a question if I have one. If they aren't able to get me an answer, they escalate it and I'm responded to within 24 hours.
- ion should consider adding a form of source control. If not for the Creatives, for the Libraries. We have a Javascript library and I'm overly cautious when editing them. To be able to introduce something and roll it back if the edits had negative ramifications would be much appreciated.
- Update the Console layout to be full width. Change the #wrapper class from 995px to 100%. This gives much-needed breathing room and would allow you to make fonts more legible. While you are at it, you should change the code editor from a table to divs.
- My focus is implementation and use of the tool. I'm not privy to this.
