Overall Satisfaction with isolved

Our whole organization uses iSolved to manage our payroll and benefits tracking. It minimizes administrative needs by handling all of the benefits deductions on the back end. The employees like working with it, the reporting is robust, the interface is intuitive, and I've spent enough time with the product now to be fairly self sufficient.

iSolved is great if you use more than one product because it minimizes administrative paperwork to ensure data matches accross the board.

iSolved is not great for customized and personal experiences, for instance, there is no attractive landing page or bulletin board for employees to access when they log in.
