I did not select isolved. We originally signed up with Amcheck which was fantastic. Then they sold or merged with isolved and things went downhill in our experience.

isolved Support

In my opinion, the support is terrible. In my experience, they pull the money out of our checking account weekly for taxes and then they don't always file our taxes timely. We get IRS notices of late filings and we get quarterly taxes done incorrectly.
