Overall Satisfaction with Jira Software
We use Jira with our IT department to manage IT tickets and also IT projects. It's really helped organize the team. I moved from managing my inbox as my to-do list to using Jira, and it's helped keep projects on track!
- Project management is a great feature. It can be a little confusing at first to understand how to use it, but once you have it down, it works so well.
- Terminology is confusing to a first-time user. Having some explanation of the terms and what they mean would be helpful.
- It's helped us organize our projects so they are finished on time.
