We use GoToConnect for our telephone system. It is used throughout the practice.

I find the voice mail setup complicated, but DEFINITELY doable. It becomes easier with increased usage.

It's a little complicated in the beginning, but it gets easier!

I've never had a negative issue with support. If anything, I've felt the reps to have gone above and beyond to help me.

GoToConnect is well suited to a small or large practice, from the experience I've had thus far.

We are happy with GoToConnect!
