Overall Satisfaction with JotForm

I run a marketing agency and mostly use JotForm for lead generation for myself and my clients (e.g. contact us forms, request info forms, etc...), and JotForm works great for that because the builder is fantastic and I can create forms that look perfectly at home on any of my sites.

I have also been using JotForm for requesting information needed to fulfill on my client services. For example, I have a service where I create a customer review video for my client every month. There are so many options in those videos. The conditional logic makes it so easy for my clients to complete the form because they only see relevant questions based on the options they chose. So it eliminates the back-and-forth and confusion that would normally come with them seeing irrelevant questions and wondering if they need to provide answers. Also, the upload feature allows the client to provide any needed collateral (background images, videos, etc...) that I may need to produce their video that month. When it comes time to produce the video, everything I need is right in the form, and I don't have to look through emails to find the images or videos I need to finish the project.

The integrations are also great because I can have a website visitor requesting information be automatically added to an email VIP list without them having to input their information again. This provides for a better experience and increases conversions. There are so many more integrations that I can see uses for, but just haven't gotten around to implementing yet.
  • Conditional logic - only shows applicable questions based on previous answers.
  • Integrations - save time and increase conversions because visitors don't have to input their information multiple times.
  • The builder - I can create a form to look natural on any website with all the available options.
  • I can't reorder my forms on the dashboard into any order that I prefer. However, it does offer folders and sorting options, which helps some.
  • Live phone support would be nice, but 24/7 chat does work.
  • Some more video tutorials on the builder would also be helpful.
  • Extremely difficult to quantify ROI on a form software. Do not dedicate resources to tracking or calculating this.
I have not used other form software. Did an initial evaluation and comparison about 6 years ago and I chose JotForm for its pricing, flexibility, design elements and usage limits, and have not tried any others since, as I saw no reason to change. Can not make a comparison to any current alternatives.

The flexibility, the conditional logic which only shows applicable questions based on previous answers, the builder (I can create a form to look natural on any website with all the available options). The integrations save time and increase conversions because visitors don't have to input their information multiple times. The interface is very intuitive.
JotForm has 24/7 live chat and they have been quick to respond and were fully able to resolve any issues I had immediately upon contacting them. Support even went into my account to make changes for me when I was having difficulty creating the exact design I was looking for. I have also used email support, and got a response within a very reasonable time frame.
JotForm is well suited to just about any purpose that I have encountered for gathering website visitor/customer information. These include:
  • Lead generation.
  • Customer surveys.
  • New client onboarding.
  • Customer review/feedback.
  • Scheduling appointments while gathering information for the meeting.
  • Collecting payments for products/services (integration with PayPal).
  • Adding prospect/client/visitor information to other systems (spreadsheets, autoresponders, etc...) using the integrations.
