Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Jotform is a great tool for our company! We use it for our youth program for schools to fill out to get help for their students. We use it to help individuals to get into our housing programs. It's an easy link to share where our clients can fill in the information and also be able to upload any documents that are needed. It's a perfect tool that helps us daily!

I did a lot of research before I chose JotForm. It was a no-brainer after I started using it why it's so highly rated! It's a tool you won't regret having and that anyone that is new to it can learn quickly. We love it here at Odyssey House of Salt Lake City.

Usability

It is for real the easiest program to use. Anyone could learn it in like 5 mins and understand it. We create a lot of forms for our agency and JotForm keeps us organized and on track. Anyone here at Odyssey House could use it and start creating within 5 mins of looking at it. It's that easy!

Support Rating

To be honest, we've never had to contact support for any help. It's been a great program for us and we've never experienced any hiccups or roadblocks while trying to get our forms to clients. Even with getting paperwork back from clients, we also get what they upload. It's great!

Likelihood to Recommend

I think any company that is sending out a form for any client to fill out remotely should use JotForm. We said links to our forms daily and it's easy for clients to go through and upload any files they have. It's easy to understand and to go through the forms we create and we always get a response back. I highly recommend JotForm.
