Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

We use JumpTrack to provide our customers with delivery confirmation and to manage our driver's delivery routes. It is a very useful tool to show the customer who signed for something and when it was delivered in case there is an issue. It also allows us to optimize the driver's routes to find the most efficient delivery routes.
  • Updating us and our customers when a delivery has been made
  • Allows us to track our driver's progress on their routes
  • Verify items have been delivered with pictures when there is an item in question
  • Not duplicating sites when the spelling is slightly different
  • Allow us to remove old delivery sites that were created by importing errors
  • Increase the amount of time before the website kicks you out
  • Increased accountability
  • Proof of delivery when questioned
  • Increased productivity - optimizing routes
It allows us to pinpoint locations that are taking too long and come up with better strategies for delivery.
It has helped us by not having to send PODs to customers separately.
I have not used any other products that do the same thing so I do not have anything to compare it to.
