Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

We have been using JumpTrack for almost 9 years now and I am very pleased with it. JumpTrack is used on all of our delivery routes at all of our locations. It helps locate orders in transit in real time and provides signatures and PODs (proof of delivery) when needed. This has eliminated the time and space it takes filing signed invoices and the time it would take to locate a POD. Our drivers also use the GPS and capture pictures when deliveries are made.

  • The ability to capture a picture of the delivery and being able to provide the picture with the proof of delivery.
  • The GPS can provide directions to the next stop without having to enter addresses
  • I would like to have the ability to take multiple pictures when making a delivery instead of just one.
  • Saving time in so many areas like filing signed invoices, searching for PODs, GPS, etc.
  • Cost savings because time is money and it saves time
  • Being able to email customers an invoice and having the signature we captured on JumpTrack on that invoice is great and speeds up payment process
  • Helps our drivers be more efficient. Drivers has a toolbox with JumpTrack. GPS, carton counts, and ability to switch routes.
  • JumpTrack helps us not only keep up with our competition but surpass them with being able to see a customer and make a delivery and hand them a device to sign instead of paperwork.

JumpTrack helps keep up with deliveries that are completed and that are not. This helps with accountability of the drivers and the route. Reports are easy to find and can show you how much time between stops and how much time the driver took to complete the route and X amount of stops.
We definitely use the features of stored PODs instead of having to file old signed invoices and then spend all the time it takes to locate by hand and then file it again. You can locate a POD on JumpTrack in seconds and you have the capability to print or email it to a customer.

In our business, delivering office supplies, JumpTrack works great. Besides keeping up with technology and what that means to our customers, using JumpTrack helps keep cost down with less paperwork and with JumpTrack having having several features, like the capabilities of transferring or adding stops, GPS, PODs, capturing pictures, and the time it saves in many different areas, including running different reports with just a few clicks.
